Juan Carlos Vera, MD

Dr. Juan Carlos Vera earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 2014. He subsequently completed a residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the University of New Mexico and a fellowship in Neuroradiology at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). Dr. Vera employs advanced medical imaging techniques to diagnose a wide range of conditions across multiple organ systems, with a particular emphasis on the central nervous system. His areas of interest include stroke, trauma, cancer, aging and degenerative diseases, and seizure disorders.

Dr. Vera is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Radiological Society of North America, the American Society of Neuroradiology, the American College of Radiology, and the San Diego Radiological Society.
