Sharjeel Sabir, MD
Dr. Sabir is board-certified in both Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology. He received his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He completed his clinical internship at Methodist Hospital in Houston and his residency in Radiology at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) in Boston. He then pursued fellowship training in Interventional Radiology at the University of Texas (UT) MD Anderson Cancer Center.
During his tenure at MD Anderson Cancer Center, Dr. Sabir held several leadership roles. He is currently the President of his Radiology group and the Founder and Medical Director of Precision Therapy.
At Imaging Healthcare Specialists (IHS), Dr. Sabir performs a comprehensive range of interventional radiology and interventional oncology therapies. He has received numerous honors and awards throughout his career and has been involved in multiple clinical research projects. Dr. Sabir is the author of more than two dozen peer-reviewed research articles, abstracts, and editorials. He is also a sought-after lecturer on various interventional radiology topics, including microwave ablation, endovascular therapies, and renal mass ablation.
